These stones are translucent and gemmy with a single fortification band framing a quartz center. I see them as a light brown color but they appear lighter in direct sunlight. I made the settings using my hand forged and formed recycled sterling silver. I textured the outside edge of the teardrops. The ear wires are solid 925 argentium
