The G90 G99 M5 Eventuri intake system was developed to provide an optimised airflow path to the turbos while minimising heat soak to maximise performance. We designed a sealed system to prevent the intake from drawing in heated air but balanced this requirement with the advantages of a dual air feed to reduce the overall pressure drop. The ducts
