This antique charm (circa 1910 1920) features a horseshoe of 14k rose gold with natural sapphires and rose cut diamonds. The piece was originally part of an antique pin (circa 1900) transformed with a jump ring bail. It measures 0. 8 inches from the top of the jump ring to bottom by 0. 5 inches wide. The charm is in good condition with a chip to the top right sapphire (visible under close inspection).
