Tassell won a Coty Award in 1962 and designed for the house of Norell when Normal Norell died

It is made of a poly cotton mix fabric which at the time would have been cutting edge and the height of wash and wear bohemian cool

Onto the pink base is an amazing floral pattern that trails from top to bottom

It is a masterpiece of drape and the fabric is equally wonderful
